Here's a song from 1997 that, in case you're wondering, is generally about my relationship with authority and specifically about Stalin, Leonard Cohen and God. So there.

But the song went through two quite different arrangements with the Howling Turbines. Here's the first, performed by the band in the basement in March 1998. DH, guitar and vocal. Ken Reynolds, drums. Gretchen Schaefer, bass and supporting vocal.
